This batch of equipment is part of the main equipment in the air separation unit, mainly including four large equipment: air compressor, air compressor motor, expander (two units, two-stage expansion) and plate heat exchanger. The air separation unit uses the principle of low-temperature separation to extract oxygen, nitrogen and other gases from the air, and is widely used in chemical, steel, oil refining and other industries.
This batch of equipment is designed for larger air separation with an output level of 60,000 Nm3/h (2,000 tons/day). The oxygen produced can be combined with carbon in the steelmaking process to produce carbon monoxide as a reducing agent to extract iron from iron ore. The nitrogen produced is used for sealing and purging of steelmaking equipment.
This batch of equipment also has the following features:
- All equipment is imported from internationally renowned manufacturers, and its quality and efficiency are still at the advanced level;
- The equipment is currently in a brand new state and has been stored in the bonded warehouse of Shanghai Customs without being unpacked for about 10 years and is in good condition;
- As part of a complete set of air separation equipment, this batch of equipment can be used as part of a new air separation unit, and can also be used as spare parts for existing operating units.
Due to the owner's reasons, the original planned factory construction was stopped. Therefore, this set of equipment has been stored in the Shanghai Customs warehouse for about 10 years.
