Stock #232 | Capacity: 100 Metric Tons per Day | Product: Ammonia (NH₃)
Overview:
A complete 100 TPD ammonia plant originally built in 1966, designed by N-Ren using the Amopak process, is now available. The plant is skid-mounted, fully dismantled, and ready for immediate loading and shipment.
The process includes:
(a) Natural gas desulfurization
(b) Catalytic steam reforming
(c) CO shift conversion
(d) CO₂ removal
(e) Methanation
(f) Ammonia synthesis
(g) Product purification
The plant features (3) Worthington multi-stage reciprocating compressors (currently 2 units available – A & B), each with:
-
4 stages for syngas
-
3 stages for process air
-
1 stage for ammonia refrigeration
Also included are (2) Worthington recycle compressors for the synthesis loop operating at 4,500 psig.
The primary reformer was rebuilt in 2011 (never used since), containing 64 catalyst tubes made of HP-modified 25–35 with Niobium alloy.
