A complete 1,650 metric tons per day (TPD) sulfuric acid production plant is available for sale. The unit includes all major process sections from molten sulfur handling to acid absorption and storage.
The process involves sulfur melting, combustion, waste heat recovery, SO₂ to SO₃ conversion, and final absorption in a single tower system. Equipped with V₂O₅ catalyst converters, heat recovery boilers, acid coolers, and drying systems.
